Student Referral Program

Our Student Referral Program is designed to reward current students for recommending our real estate courses to their peers. As you refer more students, you’ll unlock greater rewards.

Tier 1 – Bronze:

  • Refer 1-5 students and receive a 10% discount on your next course enrollment fee.

Tier 2 – Silver:

  • Refer 6-10 students and receive a 25% discount on your next course enrollment fee.
  • A personalized certificate of appreciation for your referrals.

Tier 3 – Gold:

  • Refer 11 or more students and receive a 50% discount on your next course enrollment fee.
  • Special recognition on our website as a top referrer.
  • An exclusive KLR School of Real Estate merchandise bundle.

Broker Affiliate/Referral Program

Our Broker Affiliate/Referral Program is aimed at real estate brokers who want to send their agents to our school for top-notch education. The program offers increasing benefits as you refer more agents.

Tier 1 – Bronze:

  • Refer 1-5 agents and receive a 10% discount on the total course fees for your referred agents.

Tier 2 – Silver:

  • Refer 6-10 agents and receive a 25% discount on the total course fees for your referred agents.

Student and Broker Affiliate/Referral Program - Terms and Condition

General Terms

1. The Student and Broker Affiliate/Referral Program (“Program”) is administered by KLR School of Real Estate (“KLR School,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Eligibility

1. Participation in the Program is open to current students of KLR School and registered real estate brokers.
2. Referred students must be new to KLR School and have not previously enrolled in any courses.
3. Referred agents must be new enrollees who have not previously taken courses at KLR School.

Student Referral Program

1. Students who refer peers to KLR School will receive a discount on their next course enrollment fees based on their referral tier.
2. To qualify for the referral discount, the referred student must provide the referrer’s name during their enrollment.
3. Referral discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Discounts are applied to course fees only and do not cover additional charges.

Broker Affiliate/Referral Program

1. Brokers who refer agents to KLR School will earn a referral fee based on the referral tier.
2. To qualify for the referral fee, the referred agent must provide the broker’s name during their enrollment.
3. Referral fees are calculated as a percentage of the total course fees paid by the referred agents.
4. Referral fees will be issued after the referred agents successfully complete their courses.
5. Referral fees are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

Referral Tiers

1. Bronze Tier: 1-5 referred students/agents
2. Silver Tier: 6-10 referred students/agents
3. Gold Tier: 11 or more referred students/agents

Recognition and Appreciation

1. Students and brokers who achieve Silver and Gold tiers will receive certificates of appreciation.
2. Gold tier participants will also be recognized on the KLR School website.

Modification and Termination

1. KLR School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Any changes to the Program will be communicated via our official communication channels.

Program Abuses

1. Any attempts to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the Program will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.

Data Privacy:

1. By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for program-related activities.

Agreement:

1. Participation in the Program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
