a. Student Effort: We cannot guarantee that all students will pass the real estate licensing exams. Success is dependent on the student’s dedication, effort, and commitment to their studies.
b. Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If a class must be missed, students must notify their instructor in advance.
c. In-class Final Exam: Students must successfully pass the in-class final exam before they are eligible to take the state licensing examination.

a. Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC): Our school operates under the oversight of the Florida Real Estate Commission.
